Terms of Service

How HyperFrames works as a routing layer over third-party video models, how credits and refunds work, and your commercial license.

Last updated: 2026-06-11

Agreement

By using HyperFrames ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What HyperFrames is — and isn't

HyperFrames is a routing layer over third-party generative video models. You give us a prompt or an image; we route it to the model you select (Kling, Google Veo, Wan and others), run via providers such as fal.ai, Kie.ai, and Replicate, and return the result.

  • We do not own or train the underlying models, and output quality depends on the upstream model you choose. The same prompt can produce different results across models and over time.
  • We are not responsible for the content a model generates from your input. Models can produce inaccurate, unexpected, or imperfect results.
  • Model availability can change. Upstream providers may add, remove, deprecate, or alter models, and we may adjust which models we offer accordingly.

Credits

The service runs on credits.

  • Credits are purchased in packs or via a subscription. Pricing is defined in our catalog (pricing.ts) and shown at checkout.
  • A generation consumes credits according to the model and settings you choose.
  • If a render fails, the credits for that generation are automatically refunded to your balance.
  • Aside from that automatic failure-refund, consumed credits are non-refundable for cash. Successfully delivered generations are not refundable simply because you're unhappy with the model's output.
  • Credits may carry an expiration window depending on the pack or plan; this is shown at purchase.

Your content and license

  • You own your prompts and uploaded images, and you're responsible for everything you input. You must have the rights to any image you upload.
  • On paid plans, generated videos are watermark-free and licensed for commercial use — you may use them in your own projects, including commercially.
  • You grant us the limited rights needed to process your inputs (including sending them to the upstream model provider) and to store and deliver your outputs.

Acceptable use

You may not use HyperFrames to create or distribute content that is:

  • Illegal, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property or other rights.
  • A deepfake or likeness of a real person without their consent, or used to deceive, defraud, harass, or impersonate.
  • Sexually exploitative of minors, or otherwise abusive, hateful, or harmful.

You're responsible for your inputs and for how you use the outputs. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, models, and pricing may change. Because we depend on upstream providers, their outages or changes can affect the service.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including any warranty about the quality, accuracy, or fitness of generated output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected by the date at the top of this page, and where appropriate we'll notify you in the product. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
